At the Sign Istanbul 2023 fair, which we attended for the first time, we shared with visitors the new technologies we exhibited at our stand, by giving them an idea about the innovations that will be in digital printing technology in the future, and by exhibiting our products.
We exhibited our PCTP600 Model 60cm DTF Textile Transfer Printing Machine.
Interest continued in our model with 4 Epson A3200 print heads and the advanced touch panel oven unit, which are the 2nd version products of our machine network, which has become widespread with increasing capacities in DTF printing technology, which is known as hot transfer, which has become increasingly popular in recent years. DTF printing machines, which have overcome the vicious circle of digital printing on cotton products other than polyester products for many years, have taken their place in many fields. It produces solutions for work clothes, t-shirts, sweatshirts, sportswear, baby clothing and many other issues.
Our PCR1800 180cm Roll to Roll UV Printing machine has become the reason for choice especially for manufacturers who plan to print on products such as fabric, canvas, foil and poster, aiming to switch from solvent printing to UV.
Our PCF1206i 120x60cm Flatbed UV Printing Machine has found its sought-after place in the market for quality and capacity production of small objects both in the industrial and promotional sectors. For many years, UV Flatbed printing solutions, which started with 30x42cm, did not reach sufficient production capacity, especially in the promotion sector, even though 60x90cm was available.
Our PCF1206i Model Printing machine uses 3 Ricoh Gen5i print heads. We are pleased that it has received the expected attention as an intermediate solution in the transition from 60x90cm to 250x130cm with a printing area width of 120x60cm.
Even though this model is smaller than larger flatbeds, it has gained a vote of confidence from our customers because it has the same features and equipment. It provides fast and high-quality production with its magnetic slide technology, automatic material height measuring sensor and anti-collision valves that provide quiet and precise operation.
One of the most important developing technologies of recent years is undoubtedly our UV DTF Printing machine, colloquially known as cold transfer, which is another branch of DTF (Direct on Film) printing technology, and has taken its place strongly at our PCUL600 stand. With this machine, which has attracted great attention, it has now become easier to produce labels and stickers with this technology, which has been a solution to the problem of UV paint retention on the surface for years. This model, which has 2 Epson U3200 UV print heads, produces embossed prints with CMYK+W+V 6 colors, vivid gloss and varnish application. A kind of print-cut technology has now started to take its place as print-and-paste.
And we launched our PCWP600 Water Transfer Digital Printing Machine and its application systems, which we presented as a first in Turkey.
In this launch, you now have the opportunity to coat these films on the surface you want by printing your own image, instead of using ready-made films, with our printing machine, which allows the customization of "Hydrographic" technology, which has been popularly followed in the world for many years.
